Being an EcoBroker®
I'm proud to be the first Certified EcoBroker® in Taos County! I work with buyers and sellers to discover and take advantage of green attributes in their transactions.I have resources on environmental issues, such as mold, asbestos, lead and air quality. I can answer questions about and direct you to professionals for energy efficient building materials and appliances, heating and cooling systems, solar homesites, green financing, and energy home ratings.
Energy efficiency is not a buzz word - it is a necessity. We need to drastically cut back our use of fossil fuels, and a great place to make a difference is in our homes, building new or remodeling. I can give you information on how to do this!

For over 30 years, I have lived what is now labeled a ‘green’ lifestyle, from recycling and driving fuel-efficient vehicles to using native building materials in passive solar applications and gardening organically with water-wise plants. With my professional training and personal experience, I have plenty to offer clients and others in our industry when you are looking to live lightly on the planet.
